Friendly, professional video production where people and stories come first

As a Wiltshire-based independent film-maker, director and editor with over 35 years of experience - much of it spent working for the BBC - I'm fascinated by people and their stories, and importantly, how to best capture their experiences on film to share with a wider audience.

Online video is the perfect way of presenting a story but it can sometimes seem a tricky task getting the thing looking right.

Over the years, I've realised there's definitely a right way and a wrong way to go about it!

Successful videos start by looking for the story - the perfect beginning, middle and end if you like, something that often comes from asking the right questions, and editing the story so it not only makes sense, but leaves a lasting impression on the audience.

Do get in touch if you'd like to know how I might help produce just what you're looking for. Elsewhere on the site is a selection of some of my previous work, which I hope will give you an idea of my approach to videography and filmmaking.
